Doha: Qatar National Bank (QNB) has released the latest exchange rates against the US Dollar, providing updated buying and selling figures for various currencies. The exchange rates, issued on Monday, include a range of currencies from different regions around the world.
According to Qatar News Agency, the rates for the United Arab Emirates Dirham were set at 0.97800 for buying and 1.00100 for selling. The Australian Dollar was valued at 2.52250 for buying and 2.67080 for selling.
For other regional currencies, the Bahraini Dinar was at 9.44500 for buying and 9.80600 for selling. Meanwhile, the Kuwaiti Dinar, one of the most valued currencies in the list, was set at 11.80700 for buying and 12.18200 for selling.
In terms of European currencies, the Euro had a buying rate of 4.21640 and a selling rate of 4.47240, while the Sterling Pound was quoted at 4.84130 for buying and 5.14500 for selling. The Swiss Franc was listed with a buying rate of 4.65900 and a selling rate of 4.87170.
Other notable currencies included the Canadian Dollar, with a buying rate of 2.65030 and a selling rate of 2.77850, and the Chinese Yuan, with a buying rate of 0.49890 and a selling rate of 0.54220. The Japanese Yen was listed at a buying rate of 0.02320 and a selling rate of 0.02450.
Additionally, the bank provided rates for the Indian Rupee, Jordanian Dinar, and other currencies, reflecting the diverse economic ties and financial activities involving Qatar.
