According to Qatar News Agency, the USD deposit rates begin at 3.64212% for a 1-month tenure and increase to 4.03834% for a 12-month tenure. The Japanese Yen (JPY) deposit rates start at 0.71000% for a month and reach up to 1.52000% for a year. Swiss Franc (CHF) rates, interestingly, start negative at -0.11000% for a month and turn positive at 0.20000% for a 12-month term, showing a marked increase over the tenure.
For the British Pound (GBP), the rates begin at 3.66000% for a month, climbing to 4.44000% for a year. Regional currencies such as the Qatari Riyal (QAR) maintain a steady rate of 4.10000% for the first three months, inching up to 4.15000% for 6-month and 12-month deposits. The Saudi Riyal (SAR) starts at 4.50000% for a month and increases to 4.60000% by the end of the year.
The UAE Dirham (AED) shows a significant increase from 2.05000% for a month to 3.15000% over a year. Finally, the Bahraini Dinar (BHD) begins at 4.60000% for the first two months, reaching up to 4.85000% by the 12-month mark.
