Qatar Expands Campaign to Promote Ethical Values in Schools

Doha:A campaign promoting ethical values and positive behavior among school students is expanding to schools across the country, as reported by organizers.

According to Qatar News Agency, the initiative is being led by Qatar Social Work's Behavioral Health Support Center (Daam), in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and the "My Values Shape My Identity" project.

The campaign is carried out in partnership with the Akhlaquna initiative and the Aman Social Protection and Rehabilitation Center. It initially began in selected schools last week and is now extending its reach to schools throughout Qatar's municipalities. The campaign includes educational lectures, interactive activities, and a specially designed game to help students learn about values and their application in everyday life.

Organizers emphasize that the interactive approach is intended to make discussions about ethics more relevant to students, while encouraging participation, reflection, and positive behavioral choices. The campaign focuses on values such as responsibility, respect, and cooperation, highlighting the role of schools, families, and the community in fostering positive behavior and ethical awareness among young people.

The goal of the program is to translate ethical principles into practical behaviors that students can apply in their daily lives.
