Qatar Charity launches voluntary program for specialists

Qatar Charity (QC) has launched a voluntary program to capitalize on the expertise and skills of specialists in economic, social, cultural, educational, and health fields. The program aims to deliver a variety of community services and provide solutions to numerous problems through volunteers specialized in various fields.

Qatar Charity, through this program, seeks to promote a culture of voluntary work among the specialists and to strengthen the values of social communication and social responsibility to deliver several specialized community services.

The program, in its first phase, aims to recruit trainers, lawyers and financiers. In the second phase, the program is expected to recruit teachers, IT specialists, and other specialized professionals.

“This program stems from Qatar Charity’s belief in the importance of concerted efforts, employing capabilities in implementing its projects and programs, and attracting volunteers from all sections of the community, especially young people, to benefit from their capabilities,” said Mr. Abdul Rahman Al-Hajri, director of the Programs and Community Development department at Qatar Charity.

Al-Hajri called on people specialized in different disciplines to register in the voluntary program of Qatar Charity to give part of their time to voluntary activities. Interested persons can register through this link (https://qch.qa/QC2022).
