Qatar Charity calls for donations to charity market

Qatar Charity (QC) announced that it will continue to receive donations to a charity market in support of the ‘Educate Me’ drive. The contributions will continuously be received at the Qatar Charity Center for Community Development in Al Rayyan until September 26.

 

Qatar Charity calls on families and individuals to donate various household and food items, clothes, accessories, and drinks, which will be sold at nominal prices at the charity market during September 27-29.

 

With the commencement of the charity market on September 27, food and dishes will be received. Interested persons can contact 50014579 for further information and inquiries about the donations to the charity market.

 

On the sidelines of the charity market, awareness lectures on charitable work and humanitarian action are scheduled to be delivered.

 

Qatar Charity urges people to visit and purchase from the charity market in support of the ‘Educate Me’ drive for students within Qatar. The proceeds of the charity market will help provide school bags, pay transportation fees, and purchase books.

 

The charity market aims to promote the culture of volunteering and charitable work among individuals and to utilize the surplus of the families in the charitable activities.

 

The Qatar Charity Center for Community Development in Al Rayyan has previously held a charity market on the International Day of Charity. The charity market saw a remarkable attendance of visitors from across Doha. Many people, including mothers and students, donated clothes, household supplies and other items, which contributed to increasing the financial return of this project dedicated to supporting the Pakistan campaign.

 

The Qatar Charity Center for Community Development, Al Rayyan, receives donations from philanthropists throughout the year, to organize charity markets.
