Doha: Acting General Manager of Qatar Chamber, Ali Bu Sharbak Al Mansori, affirmed the Chamber's strong support for Qatari entrepreneurs and its commitment to empowering them, highlighting the vital role entrepreneurs play in driving economic diversification, fostering innovation, and accelerating Qatar's transition toward a knowledge-based economy.

According to Qatar News Agency, this affirmation was made during Al Mansori's speech at the closing ceremony of the 2026 Summer Innovation Camp for Entrepreneurship. The event was organized by the Young Entrepreneurs Club under the Ministry of Sports and Youth at Andaz Doha. The ceremony, held in partnership with Qatar Chamber and Qatar Science and Technology Park (QSTP), saw the attendance of numerous entrepreneurs, representatives of sponsoring organizations, and other stakeholders.

Al Mansori emphasized that the Summer Entrepreneurship Camp offered an interactive educational environment. It enabled participants to discover their talents, foster teamwork, and gain practical insights into entrepreneurship tailored to their age and interests. He underscored that nurturing a generation equipped with knowledge, self-confidence, creative thinking, and the ability to turn ideas into initiatives and scalable projects is where tomorrow's ideas, projects, and achievements begin.

Qatar Chamber is committed to strengthening its collaboration with the Young Entrepreneurs Club and other organizations supporting entrepreneurship. Al Mansori highlighted the Chamber's ongoing efforts to support initiatives and youth-focused programs that help young people realize their potential and develop their entrepreneurial skills.

Chairman of the Young Entrepreneurs Club, Dr. Ibrahim Al Sulaiti, described the camp as a national youth experience. He pointed out that it was not merely a series of general training programs but a genuine platform for young people to test their ability to make an impact, take action, and build. The camp aimed to transform ideas into models, models into opportunities, and opportunities into projects that can contribute to the economy and society.
