Doha: The Real Estate Committee of Qatar Chamber discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation with the Real Estate Committee of Asharqia Chamber of Commerce in the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, during a meeting held on Sunday at Qatar Chamber headquarters.
According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting was chaired by Board Member of Qatar Chamber and Chairman of the Real Estate Committee, Abdulrahman bin Abduljaleel Al Abdulgani, and Chairman of the Real Estate Committee at Asharqia Chamber, Rashid Al Qadi. It was attended by Board Member of Qatar Chamber, Abdullah Al Emadi, along with several members from both committees.
The meeting addressed mechanisms to strengthen cooperation between the two real estate committees and reviewed potential collaboration opportunities between Qatari and Saudi real estate companies. It also explored promising investment prospects in the real estate markets of both countries.
Al Abdulgani emphasized that relations between Qatar and Saudi Arabia are historic and continuously developing, highlighting the numerous opportunities for partnership and cooperation between business sectors in both nations. He added that Qatar’s real estate market is promising and offers attractive investment opportunities, urging Saudi investors to explore investments in Qatar and collaborate with Qatari companies on new real estate projects in both Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
Rashid Al Qadi noted that his country’s delegation is participating in Cityscape Qatar, which started today in Doha. He pointed out that the exhibition features strong participation from major real estate companies in Qatar and the region, paving the way for greater collaboration and partnerships in real estate ventures. Al Qadi also highlighted that the Gulf region remains an attractive hub for real estate investments, with several major joint projects underway among GCC countries, including railways and shared road networks.
