Qatar Advances in Global Real Estate Transparency Rankings

Doha:The Real Estate Regulatory Authority of Qatar, known as Aqarat, has announced that the country has improved its position in the 2026 Global Real Estate Transparency Index, climbing to 63rd out of 88 global markets from 68th in 2024.

According to Qatar News Agency, this progress is indicative of significant regional advancements in the Gulf markets, with Qatar being highlighted as one of the 10 most improved markets globally. This improvement is attributed to enhanced availability and transparency of real estate data.
