Qai and MEEZA Partner to Enhance AI Infrastructure in Qatar

Doha:Qai Qatar's artificial intelligence company, has announced a collaboration with MEEZA to deploy advanced GPU infrastructure. MEEZA, a leading provider of managed IT services and data center facilities in Qatar, will host Qai's infrastructure in one of its certified, secure data centers.

According to Qatar News Agency, the agreement ensures that Qai can offer advanced compute services while maintaining data sovereignty and compliance with national regulations. This involves deploying the latest high-performance GPU infrastructure supported by MEEZA's high-density power and comprehensive managed services, including infrastructure operations, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

The initiative will enable enterprises using Qai's services to adopt advanced AI capabilities with data stored and governed under Qatari jurisdiction. Saad Sabah Al Kuwari, Qai's Chief Operating Officer, emphasized the importance of the collaboration, highlighting MEEZA's capacity to meet the demands of enterprises looking to securely deploy and scale AI services.

Al Kuwari praised MEEZA as an exceptional partner, noting their responsiveness and collaboration in accommodating Qai's needs. This partnership allows for the installation of advanced chipsets compatible with MEEZA's infrastructure.

Mohamed Ali Al Ghaithani, CEO of MEEZA, expressed pride in supporting Qai's mission. He stated that the partnership aligns with MEEZA's goal to provide secure, world-class digital infrastructure in Qatar, thereby empowering Qai and its customers to develop secure and resilient AI capabilities.
