Tehran: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met in Tehran with HE Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Ali Larijani. The meeting focused on reviewing ongoing efforts to de-escalate tensions in the region. According to Qatar News Agency, the Prime Minister reiterated Qatar's support for all efforts aimed at reducing tensions and achieving peaceful solutions that enhance security and stability in the region. He emphasized the importance of concerted efforts to protect the peoples of the region from the consequences of escalation. The Prime Minister also highlighted the necessity of continued coordination with brotherly and friendly countries to address differences through diplomatic means.
