Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani received a phone call Thursday from HE Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation, and Egyptians Abroad of the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt, Dr. Badr Abdelatty. During the call, the two sides discussed bilateral relations and ways to support and strengthen them, and the latest regional developments, particularly the agreement reached between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran, as well as efforts to promote security and stability in the region.
According to Qatar News Agency, HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs affirmed Qatar's full support for all efforts and good offices aimed at enhancing regional security and stability, and reaching sustainable solutions to outstanding issues through dialogue and peaceful means, in line with the principles of international law and good neighborliness. These efforts contribute to new prospects for cooperation, development, and prosperity, and serve the common interests of the peoples of the region and the world.
