Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani and HH Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah Al Saud held a telephone conversation. During the call, they reviewed cooperative relations between the two countries and explored ways to support and enhance them. They also discussed the latest regional developments, particularly focusing on ongoing diplomatic efforts and joint coordination aimed at de-escalation, as well as strengthening security and stability in the region.

According to Qatar News Agency, HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs reaffirmed Qatar's support for diplomatic efforts and initiatives that seek to ensure freedom of maritime navigation. The conversation also highlighted the importance of paving the way for a comprehensive agreement that would achieve sustainable peace in the region.
