Prime Minister and Minister of Interior H E Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al Thani met with Director-General of International Air Transport Association (IATA) Willie Walsh, Chief Executive Officer of Airbus Guillaume Faury, and Executive Vice President of Boeing Company and President and CEO of Boeing Commercial Airplanes Stan Deal.

They are visiting the country to participate in the 78th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the World Air Transport Summit held in Doha.

During the meeting, they reviewed prominent global challenges facing the aviation and air transport sector, as well as ways to enhance cooperation between the State of Qatar and IATA.

They also discussed several topics of joint interest.
