HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani received today a phone call from HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of Canada Melanie Jolie.
The call dealt with discussing the latest developments in Palestinian territories and Israel, and ways to de-escalate.
HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed during the call, the State of Qatar’s deep concern about the escalation of violence, stressing the need to exercise the utmost restraint.
His Excellency also stressed the need for the two countries to combine their efforts to calm the situation, de-escalate, and spare civilians from the consequences of the confrontations.
