A Palestinian was martyred and others were injured Friday by Israeli occupation forces in a number of areas in the West Bank.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said in a statement that its crews had recovered a martyr from the eastern neighborhood of Jenin, noting that ambulances were exposed to Israeli forces’ fire while transporting the martyr, as three of its medical crew were injured.
Two Palestinians were also injured by Israeli forces’ fire after being shot north of Ramallah, while a group of journalists were targeted during their field coverage near “Al-Zaid Roundabout” in Jenin.
The Israeli aggression on the northern West Bank has so far resulted in the martyrdom of 21 Palestinians, including 12 in Jenin Governorate, five in Tulkarm, and four in Tubas, raising the death toll in the West Bank since October 7 to 673.
