Israeli occupation forces shot and killed a Palestinian boy and injured four other people on Monday in an ongoing raid in Jenin and the nearby Jenin refugee camp in the north of the West Bank, according to local medical sources. The boy died of wounds sustained as soldiers fired live rounds during the storming of Jenin that sparked clashes with local youths in a number of locations, director of Al-Razi Hospital Fawaz Hammad said. Four people were injured by Israeli army fire in the confrontations, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society said in a statement. Israeli undercover special forces infiltrated into the periphery of the flashpoint Jenin camp and surrounded a house, before they sent in reinforcements and a military bulldozer through the Jalameh military checkpoint, according to local source.
