The Ministry of Municipality announced that 1,151,366 electronic transactions were submitted during the year 2021. The Ministry explained, through an infographic published on its official account on Twitter, the details of the transactions that were completed in its various sectors.

The Ministry pointed out that 426,101 transactions were submitted through its website, 235,493 through Aoun application for devices and smartphones, 436,263 transactions through the unified call center and customer service offices, 47,778 transactions for electronic inspection, and 55,731 transactions through the phone self-service. While 74,778 transactions were submitted through the inspection devices.
