Ministry of Municipality Launches Guidebook for Media and Advertisement in Qatar

The Ministry of Municipality launched yesterday the first copy of the second edition of the “guidebook of planning and organizational conditions and the procedures for the means of media and advertisement in Qatar.” The guidebook is regarded as one of the most important strategic projects implemented by the Ministry within its strategic plan and Qatar National Vision 2030.

 

The guidebook aims, according to the Ministry website, at introducing the terms and conditions regulating the various types and levels of the different means of media and advertising, whether they are within or outside the boundaries of the ownership domain, or are independent on their own. The guidebook also aims at determining the distances between them and their integration with the surrounding urban buildings.

 

The guidebook includes all documents required for all types and procedures necessary for them on the electronic advertising licensing system, whether it is to issue, renew or cancel an advertising license if desired.
