The State of Qatar, represented by the Ministry of Interior, participated in the Third Coast Guard Global Summit held virtually with the participation of 36 countries and organizations to discuss issues of common interest for the Coast Guard forces worldwide.
The symposium discussed several topics, including response to natural disasters at sea and areas of cooperation between countries and developing solutions for better dealings.
Colonel (Navy) Fahd Ali Al-Hajri, Head of the Maritime Qualification and Training Center at the General Directorate of Coasts and Borders Security, represented the Ministry of Interior.
