Doha: The Minister of State for International Cooperation Dr. Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad met on Thursday with HE United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Dr. Barham Salih, who is visiting the country. During the meeting, they discussed cooperation relations between the State of Qatar and the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, along with ways to strengthen the partnership to support humanitarian response in crisis areas.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions focused on enhancing collaborative efforts to address the needs of displaced individuals in regions affected by conflict and disaster. The meeting underscored the commitment of both parties to improve the effectiveness of humanitarian aid and the delivery of essential services to those in need.
