HE Minister of State for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Lolwah bint Rashid Al Khater held a telephone conversation on Wednesday with HE Commissioner-General of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), Philippe Lazzarini.
During the conversation, they discussed cooperation relations between the State of Qatar and the UNRWA and the urgent humanitarian needs of the Gaza Strip amid the latest developments in the occupied Palestinian territories.
Her Excellency the Minister of State for International Cooperation expressed the State of Qatar’s thanks and appreciation to the UNRWA for its continued support for the Palestinian refugees and its solidarity with them, expressing the Qatari side’s aspirations for further cooperation between the two parties.
