Doha: HE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Sultan bin Saad Al Muraikhi received on Thursday a copy of the credentials of HE Ambassador of the Republic of Maldives to the State of Qatar, Adam Shareef Umar. HE Minister Al Muraikhi expressed his well-wishes for the ambassador's success in his new role.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs assured the ambassador of his full support in enhancing bilateral relations between the two nations. The focus will be on fostering closer cooperation across various fields, further strengthening the ties between Qatar and the Maldives.
