In a press release, the federation emphasized Al-Fanatsah's commitment to partnering with the ILO to advance women's empowerment, particularly within trade unions. This partnership is part of a broader strategy to achieve gender equality, focusing on investment in unpaid and low-paid care work predominantly performed by women. Al-Fanatsah also outlined plans to address the needs of migrant women working in various sectors, including domestic labor.
