Kuwait’s Foreign Minister Sheikh Salem Abdullah Al Jaber Al-Sabah discussed on Wednesday with his Palestinian counterpart Riyadh Al-Maliki, ways to ensure delivering relief and humanitarian assistance to Palestinians in Gaza strip, halting the ongoing escalation, urging the international community and active parties to stop the fighting, as well as protecting the lives of innocent civilians.
During a meeting held on the margins of the meeting of Arab League council at the ministerial level, the two ministers discussed current developments in the occupied Palestinian territories and avenues to reinforce cooperation and joint coordination to ensure safety and security of Gaza people, in addition to underscoring the significance of de-escalating the cycle of violence and ensuring that it would never spill-over into other Palestinian cities.
