Kuwaiti Oil Price Rises $2.88 to $87.44 a Barrel

Kuwait city: The price of Kuwaiti oil experienced a rise of $2.88, reaching $87.44 a barrel during Friday's trading session. This increase is notable compared to Thursday's price of $84.56 a barrel, as announced by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC).

According to Qatar News Agency, the global oil market saw a different trend, with Brent crude futures declining by 39 cents, settling at $89.31 a barrel. Similarly, US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures saw a decrease of 13 cents, concluding the session at $83.40 a barrel.
