Doha: The Cultural Village Foundation (Katara) unveiled its "Painting from Qatar" exhibition on Wednesday, featuring 75 artworks by 68 artists that display Qatar's rich cultural tapestry. According to Qatar News Agency, the exhibition is themed around Qatar's heritage, its environment, and the personal perspectives of the artists. The diverse range of art styles and expressions offers an intriguing insight into the art scene in the country. "Painting from Qatar" is part of Katara's initiative to promote local talent by providing a platform for cultural and creative dialogue.
