AMMAN – The Jordan Tourism Board (JTB), in collaboration with Royal Jordanian, hosted a delegation of tourism and travel agents and tour operators from the Kurdistan region of Iraq on Wednesday. The visit aimed to promote tourism in Jordan and showcase its diverse attractions.

According to Jordan News Agency, The delegation was treated to a tour of various significant tourist sites within the Kingdom. They also visited a number of hospitals and health centers, reflecting Jordan’s growing interest in medical tourism. The visit concluded with a workshop attended by 18 representatives from various Jordanian tourism offices, hotels, and hospitals.

The members of the Kurdish delegation expressed their satisfaction with the week-long visit, highlighting Jordan’s unique tourism offerings. This visit represents the ongoing efforts of the JTB and Royal Jordanian to strengthen ties with Arab markets and boost regional tourism.
