Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi and Canadian Foreign Minister Melanie Joly Saturday held talks on efforts to stop the war on besieged Gaza and the human suffering it has caused.Safadi stressed the need to stop the war on Gaza and the humanitarian catastrophe it is causing, adding that preventing food, medicine and basic materials from the Strip is a war crime and a violation of all human values.He discussed the need for the international community to take action to ensure the delivery of aid to Gaza and protect civilians according to the international law and humanitarian values that condemn the killing and targeting of civilians.Safadi and Joly agreed to continue coordination and consultation to resolve the crisis, especially in delivering humanitarian aid.
