Israeli Forces Detain 16 Palestinians in Occupied West Bank

Ramallah: The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) arrested 16 Palestinians from various areas in the occupied West Bank on Thursday, following raids and searches in their homes.

According to Qatar News Agency, the IOF carried out arrests in different locations including eight Palestinians in Ramallah, three in Ariha, and another individual in southern Al-Khalil. In the village of Husan, situated west of Bethlehem, two young Palestinians were detained. Additionally, two more were arrested in Henin after their homes were raided and their possessions were disturbed.

In a related incident, the Palestinian news agency WAFA reported that the IOF assaulted and injured five Palestinians during a raid in the town of Doha, west of Bethlehem. The West Bank, including Occupied Jerusalem (Al-Quds), continues to experience frequent raids, arrests, and attacks by the IOF and colonists, happening almost daily.
