Nineteen people were killed, and 33 others were injured in Israeli airstrikes on several areas in southern Lebanon and the Beqaa region on Wednesday, according to the Lebanese Ministry of Health. The strikes also extended to Maaysra in Keserwan, east of Beirut, it noted, adding that Civil Defense teams are digging through the rubble in search of missing persons after an Israeli raid on the outskirts of Joun killed four people and injured three.
