Rabat: The Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) announced Monday the opening of nominations for researchers and specialists to participate in academic studies in the "Specialized Studies Series on Teaching Arabic to Non-Native Speakers 2025." In a statement, the ISESCO said that this series, published by the ISESCO Center for Arabic Language for Non-Native Speakers, aims to support the organization's efforts in developing scientific research and publishing in the field of the Arabic language, highlighting its global standing and its benefits from modern linguistic, educational, and technical theories. According to Qatar News Agency, the ISESCO noted that applicants can apply for this series by submitting a 200-word book summary, a research plan, and a curriculum vitae by April 15. The ISESCO said that candidates selected by the jury will be notified of the acceptance of their book summaries within two weeks and will be invited to write and sign related contracts. It is w orth noting that this is the fifth series of the Specialized Studies Series Project in the field of Arabic for Non-Native Speakers, following four academic series that benefited from the latest developments in linguistic and educational theories. The experts participating in these series presented the essence of their expertise, experiences, and research and educational initiatives, all of which serve the interests of non-native Arabic learners through their teachers, who are equipped with methods, strategies, and skills that enhance their linguistic proficiency, cultural acquisition, and professional achievement.
