Iraqi security forces arrested four armed men for carrying out operations in Kirkuk, northern Iraq.
Iraqi news agency stated that one of the militants transported three explosive devices, while one participated in murder crimes and the other two provided logistical support to ISIS elements.
It added that legal measures were taken against them.
