Doha: Citizen inmates of the Penal and Correctional Institutions Department participated today in the referendum on the draft constitutional amendments for the year 2024 to the Permanent Constitution of the State of Qatar. The General Referendum Committee prepared a venue for referendum within the Penal and Correctional Institutions Department to facilitate and ensure the smooth and easy participation of the inmates.
