The Directorate General of Civil Aviation of the Republic of Turkey honored Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA) at the conclusion of its participation in the Global Implementation Support Symposium (GISS 2022), in appreciation of its efforts in supporting and sponsoring this symposium and contributing to its success.

The honorary shield was received by Mr. Mohamed Faleh Al-Hajri, who is in charge of managing Qatar Civil Aviation Authority, from Prof. Dr. Kemal Yüksek, Acting Director General of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation of the Republic of Turkey.

It is worth noting that the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) had held this symposium in Istanbul from June 28 to July 1, with the aim of highlighting the latest digital tools and endeavors aimed at reviving the civil aviation sector after the COVID-19 pandemic.
