Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has announced operating the 16060 Nesma’ak helpline around the clock/24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Patients and members of the public can have access to the service at anytime by dialing 16060. Many improvements to the services provided for patients have been made by providing available language options when calling, including Arabic, English, Urdu and Malayalam languages.
