HMC Introduces “We Care” Service and “Naraak” Initiative

The Clinical Imaging Services at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) introduced a new service called “We Care” to allow patients to book appointments through the call center to follow up with their appointments, and to provide information for patient inquiries.” We Care” is considered an additional path to allow patients to manage and follow up their appointments through SMS.

“We Care” enhances the response capacity to patients and enables them to change newly booked appointments, follow up or cancel in a short period of time without the need to call the center.

Patients can contact the new WhatsApp service of the call center at (44393377) from Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

The Clinical Imaging Services also introduced “Naraak” initiative to give critically ill patients the priority to access appointments in reduced time.
