His Excellency Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan Al Nahyan, Minister of State, attended the inauguration ceremony of His Excellency William Samoei Ruto as the new President of the Republic of Kenya in the capital, Nairobi.
His Excellency Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan conveyed to His Excellency President Ruto the greetings of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and their sincere wishes to the President and people of Kenya for further progress and prosperity.
In turn, the President of Kenya reciprocated these wishes to President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, wishing the UAE Government and people further growth and development.
His Excellency President Ruto praised the strong relations between the two countries and cooperation at all levels, highlighting the many opportunities that exist to enhance ties in various fields.
His Excellency President Ruto also underscored that UAE-Kenya relations continue to grow, stressing his country’s aspiration to enhance cooperation with the UAE at all levels.
For his part, His Excellency Sheikh Shakhboot bin Nahyan discussed the distinguished relations between the two countries in all fields, affirming the UAE’s keenness to strengthen and elevate bilateral cooperation in order to achieve the aspirations of the two countries and peoples.
