According to Qatar News Agency, the message from HH the Deputy Amir was sent as part of the diplomatic and friendly relations between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Angola. The exchange of congratulations on national occasions reflects the cordial ties and mutual respect shared by the leadership of both nations.
