Doha:HH the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani has extended his congratulations to HE Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, President of the Federative Republic of Brazil, on his re-election for a new presidential term.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Deputy Amir conveyed his well-wishes through a cable sent to President Lula da Silva, recognizing his success in securing another term in office.
