Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani met with HE President of Georgia Mikheil Kavelashvili and his accompanying delegation at Lusail Palace. The delegation visited to offer condolences on the passing of HH the Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani.

According to Qatar News Agency, the reception was attended by several high-ranking officials, including HH the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani and HH Personal Representative of the Amir Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani. In addition, HE Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Khalifa Al-Thani, HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al-Thani, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al-Thani, and HE Sheikh Jassim bin Khalifa Al-Thani were present. The meeting also included HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, and HE Shura Council Speaker Hassan bin Abdullah Al Ghanim.

A number of Their Excellencies the sons of the late Father Amir and other dignitaries also attended the gathering to honor the memory of the late Father Amir.
