Doha: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received a phone call from HE President of the Republic of Cyprus Dr. Nikos Christodoulides on Saturday. The call was made to convey condolences on the passing of HH the Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani.

According to Qatar News Agency, HH the Amir expressed his profound thanks and appreciation to HE President Christodoulides for his sympathy and sincere sentiments. During the conversation, HH the Amir wished the President good health and expressed hopes for further development and prosperity in the bilateral relations between Qatar and Cyprus.
