Lusail: HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani met with HE President of the Republic of Maldives Dr. Mohamed Muizzu on Monday evening at Lusail Palace. The meeting was held for President Muizzu to offer his condolences on the passing of HH the Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani.

According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting was attended by several dignitaries including HH the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani, HH Personal Representative of the Amir Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al-Thani, and other members of the Al-Thani family. Present at the meeting were also HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, along with a number of Their Excellencies, sons of the late HH the Father Amir, and Their Excellencies the Sheikhs.
