Amman: The Unified Admission Coordination Unit (UACU) at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research called on Jordanian students with cancer who wish to apply to benefit from the seats allocated to them in the regular program at Jordanian public universities for the bachelor's degree, to visit the unit next week from Sunday morning until the end of Thursday. According to a statement on Monday, the ministry stipulated that the student must have a Jordanian high school diploma or its equivalent with an average of 65 percent or more, in addition to bringing the original copy of the approved medical report diagnosing the student's condition and issued by the King Hussein Cancer Center, public hospitals, university hospitals, or the Royal Medical Services, provided that it has not been more than six months old. The ministry also required bringing a copy of the civil status ID, filling out the utilization form approved by the unit, and submitting an electronic unified admission application (for high school students) during the application period announced through the website of the UACU.
