The General Tax Authority (GTA) has explained the work mechanism of the Digital Tax Stamp.
GTA also posted a demonstrative image of the Digital Tax Stamp via its official Twitter account and stated that it is a distinctive feature in the form of a physical label or digital code.
In addition, it pointed out that the Digital Tax Stamp contains encrypted digital data, placed on goods subject to excise tax and activated electronically.
