Graduation of Thunderbolt, Diving, and Parachute-Jumping Courses for Fifth Batch of Police College

The Police College celebrated on Saturday, 29 October 2022, the graduation of thunderbolt, diving, and parachute-jumping courses for the fifth batch of college candidates. Major General Dr Abdullah Yousef Al-Mal, Advisor to the Minister of Interior and Vice-President of the Supreme Council of the Police College, and many directors of departments and senior officers from various military authorities attended the ceremony, held in the Police Institute auditorium.His Excellency Major General Dr Abdullah Yousef Al-Mal presented course badges to the graduates. He also honored some authorities to appreciate their efforts in training the Police College candidates in the specialized courses.

Brigadier Abdul Rahman Majid Al Sulaiti, Director General of the Police College, expressed his happiness that the candidates have completed the specialized courses. He added that the specialized courses qualify the candidates to address all security tasks as they consist of diverse and distinct training to develop the candidate’s field skills and raise his security capabilities. He pointed out that these Programs require high physical fitness and stamina, as well as psychological and mental readiness and decision-making ability.Lt. Col. Fahd Saeed Al-Subaie, Director of the Training Department at the Police College, congratulated the fifth batch students for receiving course badges. The excellent performance of the candidates and their mastery of exercises and complex scenarios in the specialized courses result from the quality training provided by the Police College.

Lt. Col. Fahd added that the Police College is working continuously to update its training programs, develop candidates’ skills, and keep abreast of the latest training plans and programs, aiming to qualify graduates to perform their future job duties efficiently and professionally.
