Google: Google's Gemini artificial intelligence (AI) system has surpassed one billion users, according to an announcement by CEO Sundar Pichai.

According to Qatar News Agency, Pichai said in a social media post that Gemini is the company's fastest-growing product and its fourteenth to reach one billion users. He explained that this figure is based on the number of users across the Google ecosystem, coming a week after a major restructuring of the company's AI division.

The new Gemini 3.5 Pro model has not yet been released, despite its initial planned launch in June.
