Abu dhabi: Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, condemned in the strongest possible terms the Iranian attacks that targeted the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the State of Kuwait.
According to Qatar News Agency, Iran's approach systematically seeks to destabilize the Middle East and undermine regional security, in a flagrant violation of the principles of international law, the United Nations (UN) Charter, and the principles of good neighborliness, said Albudaiwi in a statement.
The GCC Secretary General emphasized the council member states' full support for the UAE and Kuwait in all measures they undertake to maintain their security and stability, as well as the safety of their citizens and residents.
