Gaza – In a recent statement, Mohammad Abu Salmiyah, the Director of Al-Shifa Hospital, announced the recovery of 50 individuals from Al-Buraq School in Gaza.

According to Jordan News Agency, this followed a missile and artillery attack by Israeli forces, which specifically targeted the educational facility. The announcement was made on Friday, revealing the extent of the latest incident in the ongoing conflict.

Abu Salmiyah noted that the majority of the casualties were children, women, and elderly persons. This event adds another layer to the intensifying humanitarian crisis in Gaza. The ongoing Israeli military offensive, comprising both aerial and ground operations, has repeatedly targeted civilian infrastructure, including schools, exacerbating the suffering and displacement of civilians in the region.
