French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot on Monday called on Israel to "refrain from any ground incursion into Lebanon," calling on Israel and Hezbollah to "cease fire." According to AFP, Barro said during a press conference in Beirut: "I urge Israel to refrain from any ground incursion and cease fire, and I call on Hezbollah to do the same."
