Substitute Omar Marmoush sealed the result by scoring the third goal in the second minute of stoppage time.

According to Qatar News Agency, the victory takes Manchester City's point tally to 74, two points behind Arsenal, who will face local rivals and hosts West Ham United on Sunday. West Ham also needs the points if they are to avert relegation.
